Product Availability
All products from brands like Bauerfeind, RockTape, Resvent, and DeVilbiss are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:
- Discontinue products without notice
- Limit purchase quantities
- Refuse or cancel orders for any reason

3. Orders & Payment Secure
Your order represents an offer to purchase. We accept orders when we send order confirmation. We may refuse orders for any reason including pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Order Process: Website → Cart → Checkout → Confirmation → Processing → Shipping → Delivery
Pricing: All prices in USD. Prices subject to change. If we discover pricing errors, we'll contact you before processing.
Payment Methods: Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, Bank Transfers
Payment Terms: Full payment required before shipping. Business accounts may qualify for net-30 terms.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting customer service. Once processing begins, modifications may not be possible.
Custom or special orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

International Orders
Buyer responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Risk of Loss & Title
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend shipping insurance for valuable orders over $500.
Important: Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Please plan accordingly for time-sensitive medical equipment needs.
5. Returns & Refunds Important
Returnable Items
Within 30 days, unused, original packaging:
- Unopened orthopedic supports
- Sealed kinesiology tape
- Unused CPAP machines
- Accessories with intact hygiene seals
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons:
- Worn orthopedic braces
- Opened RockTape products
- Used CPAP/BiPAP masks
- Custom-made products
- Clearance/sale items

Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Before legal action, contact us to attempt resolution. If unresolved, the following applies:
- Negotiation: 30-day good faith negotiation period
- Mediation: Optional mediation before litigation
- Litigation: New York courts have exclusive jurisdiction
11. Miscellaneous Provisions
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't waive that right or provision. Waivers must be in writing and signed by us.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TWHealthcare regarding our services, superseding any prior agreements.
